RETURNS: If you make a purchase and I find, while I am packing the
item(s), that something is not right I will inform you of the issue by email.
Your first choice at that point will be a full refund.

Otherwise I would prefer to consider returns on a case by case basis.

We've been in the business 15+ years now and it's been my experience
that full disclosure is the best policy.

TO THAT END: I take as many photos as I can think of to display the
item from every relevant angle. I will describe every blemish that I find
whether it can be seen in a photo, or not.

Please ask as many questions as you feel are necessary before
hand
and don't hesitate to request that I email you, personally,
photos of the item(s) you are actually getting.

It's extra work, but a lot less work than shipping back and forth!
