I'm describing this item as a Jardiniere
although someone else may consider it an Urn.
It may even be a pot for tea leaves.
Never-the-less, it's a beautifully decorated earthenware pot
tastefully appointed in Gilt with a Gilt pinecone finial on it's top.
I think From the mid 19th C.
I have been utterly unable to locate this mark
from any of my resources, books, internet, etc.
Interestingly, the mark on the ceramic is also impressed into the Gilt.

CONDITION:
Beautiful, and in overall good condition.
There is crazing overall to the piece.
The most interesting issue is the top.
See photo #2.
It appears to have sunk in on one side while still soft.
If anyone else has a different theory, I'd be happy to hear it.
DIMENSIONS:
about 10" to the finial x 7" Dia.
$600.00 + $12.50 S&H
