This is the Anchor Hocking "Golden Shell" 10" Dinner Plate.
This pattern is distinguished by the scalloped edge.

Golden "Swirl" on the other hand has a straight smooth edge.

These plates are new/old stock out of the box.
Primarily they are in perfect condition.
The only exceptions being a factory blemish perhaps.
