I'm calling this decal, "The Mandolin Player"
Although I've not found any information on this print.
The mark on the bottom indicates the Month,
year, and the factory where produced.

Condition: Used
This set is as-is, it is neither new nor in perfect condition.
It was put to use, I'm sure, on special occasions.
And on close inspection that does show, Which means
that there is wear, primarily in the gold.
Yet, This is still a magnificant set.
